We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any promotional offers, such as free shipping, will be clearly mentioned on our website when applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Muawin.Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items
